Training

Training that turns a rollout into an adopted system

Get trained with proven methodologies and techniques. Every curriculum is built around a role rather than a module list, taught on your own configuration and your own data, and delivered onsite, online or as a blend of the two.

Role Based tracks
Getting trained

Role-based curricula for finance, operations, shop floor and administrators — delivered onsite or online, with sandbox labs and materials you keep.

Getting trained

Six tracks, because a storekeeper and a controller need different things.

Generic product training teaches screens. Role-based training teaches the day — the documents someone raises, the approvals they wait on and the numbers they are answerable for.

Finance & accounting

Ledgers, receivables and payables, bank handling, tax treatment, period control and the month-end close as it runs on your chart of accounts.

Inventory & operations

Item masters, receipts and issues, transfers between locations, stock counts, valuation methods and the reports that explain a variance.

Shop floor

Work orders, material issue and return, production booking, scrap and rework capture — taught for people working at a terminal, not a desk.

System administrators

Users, roles and permissions, approval hierarchies, document numbering, master data governance and the audit trail behind every posting.

Report authors

The data model behind the modules, how to build and schedule reports, and how to design a dashboard that people actually open.

Executives & owners

A short session on reading the system rather than operating it: where the numbers come from, what the AI layer is flagging and what to ask about.

Delivery formats

Onsite, online, or a blend of both.

The format follows the audience. A shop floor learns standing at the terminal it will use. A finance team spread across three sites learns better in shorter online blocks with labs between them.

  • Onsite

A trainer at your site, working on the terminals and devices your teams use, with floor-walking through the first live documents.

  • Online

Live remote sessions scheduled across the USA, UK and India working days, recorded so a shift worker or a new joiner can catch up.

  • Blended

Concepts and navigation online, then onsite time reserved for the hands-on work and the questions that only surface with real transactions.

The learning path

From first login to self-sufficient.

Training is staged alongside the implementation rather than compressed into the week before go-live, when nobody has the attention to spare.

01

Orientation

The shape of the system before the detail — how the modules connect, why every document posts to one ledger, and where each team's work lands.

02

Core role training

Each track works through its own daily cycle end to end, on the configuration built for your business rather than a demo company.

03

Hands-on labs

Guided exercises in a sandbox loaded with your own masters — raise it, approve it, reverse it, then find it again in the report.

04

Super-user assessment

Nominated super users complete a practical assessment on your configuration and are certified internally as the first line of help for their team.

05

Refresher & new joiners

Sessions after the first close, when the real questions arrive, plus a repeatable induction path so a new hire does not learn the system by rumour.

Questions

How training works.

On yours. Sessions run in a sandbox built from your configuration and your master data, so the exercises use the item codes, approval chains and document layouts people will meet on day one. Demo companies teach navigation; your own data teaches the job.

Yes. Course materials stay with your team for reuse, certified super users carry the induction internally, and we run scheduled refresher and new-joiner sessions on request — onsite or online — for as long as you run the platform.

We agree the attendee list with you during implementation, mapped from the roles and permissions in the solution design. Most people need one track plus the orientation session; process owners and super users usually attend the administrator or report-author track as well.

Yes. Trainers work from Princeton Junction in the United States, Oxford in the United Kingdom and Chennai in India, so sessions can be scheduled inside a local working day for each site instead of asking one region to attend at midnight.

Send us the roles and the sites, and we will map the tracks, the formats and the sequence against your rollout plan — including the super users who will carry it afterwards.
